When and Where
When
The second and fourth Tuesday of each month, except holidays. Additional Tuesdays may be scheduled depending on need.
Where
City Hall, 224 W 9th Street — at the corner of 9th Street and Dakota Avenue.
Parking
Free in front of City Hall, and free in the upper ramp after 4:00 PM. The lower ramp and the alleyways will cost you a fine.
